Dedicated connection stops at Connecting stage on your iPhone

Are you having issues connecting your device to a dedicated server? This is a common problem that many users face. But don’t worry, with a few simple steps, you can get your ValeVPN up and running again.

When the process of creating a dedicated connection stops at the connecting stage, it means that there is some conflicting app on the device that is interfering with the VPN’s work. To fix the problem, you will need to disable the app.

To fix the problem, please, do the following:

  1. Go to settings and choose VPN
  1. Check if there is another VPN service connected.

4. Disable it by choosing ValeVPN

Another important step when troubleshooting a VPN connection issue is to turn off geolocation. Geolocation can interfere with your VPN’s ability to connect to servers in other countries.

To turn off geolocation, go into your device’s settings and look for the “Location Services”.

You should be able to turn it off from there.

By following these steps, you should be able to get your ValeVPN up and running again. If you are still having issues, contact our Support Team for further assistance.
